Aude Mahy was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2004 and is a member of the Food Lawyers’ Network Worldwide. She is a partner at the law firm DALDEWOLF, where she leads the Food & Beverages practice, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of European Law (ERA). After obtaining her law degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles, she trained in food law at Michigan State University, USA. Aude Mahy advises and defends companies in the sector on all aspects of food law. Her expertise is internationally recognised, and her practice has, since 2013, been systematically ranked as Tier-1 by the Legal 500 legal directory. Aude is regularly invited as a speaker on specific topics in Belgium and abroad.
