Jean-Pierre Cubizolle

A Swiss-French specialist in governance, performance management, and executive remuneration, Jean-Pierre Cubizolle has dedicated his career to advancing organizational transformation through the evolution of human and managerial models. Formerly Corporate Director of Human Resources at Motorola Inc. Intl. in Chicago, USA, and subsequently Founder of CCT Group SA, and CHC Corporate Horizon Consulting, he integrates strategic foresight with a rigorous understanding of behavioral and emotional dynamics in leadership. As a member of compensation committees within major corporations and a lecturer at universities, business schools, and international institutions, he has contributed to numerous research and development initiatives addressing governance, leadership, and executive remuneration.
