Taous Merakchi

Taous Merakchi is a French author born in Paris on August 24, 1987. She has worked as a web editor for various online magazines under the pseudonym Jack Parker. In May of 2017, her first book was published by Flammarion: "Le Grand mystère des règles" (The Great Mystery of Menstruation). Since then, she has worked on a wide variety of writing projects and even hosted a podcast about death entitled "Mortal," produced by Nouvelles Écoutes. She lives in Paris with her cat, her books of spells, and a growing collection of horror films. "Coven" was initially published as a webtoon and then later in a collected hardcover volume, only to then be translated and published in English by Europe Comics (2023).
