ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Elizabeth P. Tierney, PhD is a writer, trainer, consultant and lecturer in Communications and Management. She was a school administrator in the US and taught at University College Dublin, Ireland, Cesuga in Spain and Willamette University in Oregon.
