"My name is Stéphane. I'm all alone here in Lyon now that my father's been airlifted out by the army. Being a leading epidemiologist, he's probably one of the few adults that are still alive. I've reluctantly gone to a meeting point where all the surviving teenagers are being herded together. I'd like to help with Dad's research into the virus to find out why we're immune to it, but I don't believe for a second that Khronos really sent that message. I'm only going to Paris to find my father."You choose which volume to read first. The first four are parallel stories, so it doesn't matter which one you start with. But you must finish with Khronos, where the four threads are finally brought together.
