He and Kenotte also give Asa a rundown on the Citadel, and the mysterious power it contains: certain people have an animalus, granting them a special power or ability. But there is a price to pay, because what the Citadel gives, it takes back... As they make their way to the Phasmid clan HQ, they face the Vespa clan's provocations once more... until the council intervenes, led by the last person Asa expects to see...
