Résumé
1954. The actress Ava Gardner spends a few days in Cuba
after shooting her hit film The Barefoot Contessa.
Ava’s agent tries desperately to reach her with an offer she’ll likely
not refuse: a tour around the world to promote the film. Ava accepts,
and the tour begins in South America. Everything’s going off without
a hitch. Hordes of fans greet Ava wherever she goes. The drinks are
flowing at parties thrown in her honor. But then she reaches
Rio de Janeiro, where it all takes a turn for the worse…
