Depuis plusieurs années, un nombre croissant de promoteurs, présents dans le champ de la formation professionnelle et des ressources humaines, s'engagent dans des coopérations avec des organisations issues d'autres États membres de l'Union européenne, notamment dans le cadre de programmes et d'initiatives communautaires.Quels intérêts y trouvent ces acteurs, quels bénéfices en tirent-ils ? Quels effets et quels résultats, ces coopérations - et les partenariats qu'elles impliquent - produisent-elles ?Autant de questions auxquelles l'examen de pratiques significatives permet d'apporter un début de réponse. Telle est l'ambition du présent ouvrage.In recent years, more and more promoters that operate in the area of vocational training and human resources are becoming involved in cooperation schemes with organizations from other Member states of the European Union, in particular under the Community programmes and initiatives. What is the significance of these schemes to them and what benefits do they derive therefrom ? What effects and results do the cooperation schemes and the ensuing partnerships produce ?
