Résumé
Cruel and Unusual
Judge Austin Black and his sadistic 'cops' take pleasure in enslaving and punishing innocent female victims on Welfare Island. The unfortunate subjugates are forced into grim acts and humiliated until their bodies, burning with pain, submit to aberrations to pleasure the demented sex whims of their cruel masters. A crusading newspaper editor discovers the Satanic Slavery on Welfare Island and is compelled to fight fire with fire in hope of gaining the women's freedom.
