MIDHAT ZWAYEN has over two decades of experience in Iraq’s engineering and project management consultancy field. As president/owner of Dijlah Consulting Engineers and cofounder of Dijlah Urban Planning & Design in the United States, Zwayen has fostered partnerships with international firms and spearheaded projects to rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure.

With a doctorate in business administration focused on cross-cultural leadership, Zwayen is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools to thrive in Iraq’s unique market. He lives in the United States, where he continues to champion cultural collaboration and sustainable development.
